Our goal is to deliver the results by the proposal's terms and conditions. However, despite all precautions, if the client is dissatisfied with the results and opts for the dispute-resolution process.
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
a. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with the services provided by Zilicon Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you may be eligible for a refund, not full. Please contact our customer support team within _ days of the service delivery date to discuss your concerns.

c. Project Termination: If in case the client terminates the project then no amount of money will be refunded from our side. In such a situation, the client doesn’t have the right to demand any refund amount. However, if within 5 days of making the payment the client cancels the project then the full amount will be refunded. Charges are applied for canceling the service the client wanted.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds differ depending on the circumstances and scenarios of each client. We have the following refund policies:
a. Full Refund: When the project has not yet begun and the client wishes to take a step back.
b. Partial Refund: If we do not complete the project according to the specified delivery policy and contract of agreement. In such cases, Zilicon Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd. gives the client the right to request a partial refund.
c. Proportionate refund: Proportionate refund: If the client cancels the project in the middle of it, he or she must pay the proportionate amount to our employees for the amount of work done.
d. No refund: After the delivery has been completed and delivered to the client, he or she can request a discount if there is any loss of work on an urgent basis. If you are late, you will no longer be able to request a discount.
